We currently ship to the continental United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Processing time begins after your order is confirmed and ends when the package is handed to the carrier.
The daily order cutoff time is 12:00 PM Japan Standard Time.

Shipping Time

Standard shipping takes approximately 10–30 business days after your order has been shipped.

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 11–33 business days, including order processing.

Delivery estimates apply under normal circumstances. Extreme weather, carrier congestion, address issues, or force majeure may cause delays. If your order has significantly exceeded the estimated delivery time, please contact support@moggold.com.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping to the continental United States: US$9.90.
Standard shipping is free when the order subtotal is US$69.90 or more.
Orders with a subtotal below US$69.9 are charged US$9.90 for standard shipping.
The shipping charge displayed at checkout is the final shipping charge.
