These Terms and Conditions provide information about orders, payments, cancellations, order changes, privacy requests, and the applicable legal jurisdiction for Moggold.
Payment
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments.
Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours after submitting it. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.
A cancellation request is effective only after customer service confirms that the cancellation has been completed successfully. When an order is successfully cancelled, the payment will be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider.
Order Changes and Delivery Address Changes
If you need to change your order information or delivery address, please contact support@moggold.com as soon as possible within 24 hours after submitting the order.
After 24 hours, changes to products, order details, or the delivery address are no longer accepted.

The legal jurisdiction for these terms is Japan.
